Pre-Order Items
If your item is labeled as "pre-order item" & is one of our custom items please allow 4-7 weeks (not including weekends) for your order to be processed and completed.
On Hand
If your order is labeled as "on hand" please allow a 2-4 business day processing time before your order is shipped out. We advise to place your order atleast 2 weeks prior to your deadline for all on hand items.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or returns unless there is a issue caused by The Colorist Experience LLC.
Refunds & Returns
Purchase Authorization Forms
After placing your order you will be sent a contract that must be carefully read and signed. In this contract you will be required to give general information and also show a valid government issued ID and the last four digits of the card used for your purchase. Failure to complete these requirements will result in a cancelled and refunded order. ID/CARD information is not under any circumstances shared beyond this website.
Customization
If you wish to have a ready to wear unit please go to the "add on" tab of the website and add customization you would like done to your unit. Failure to do so your unit WILL NOT come customized or ready to wear unless this unit is from our CUSTOM WIGS COLLECTION.
